1. It has been awarded CE certificate by TUV.
2. This Top Class motor grader is powered by Cummins QSB6.7 engine, which meets EURO III, EPA Tier III standards.
3. It adopts a German ZF transmission: 6-speed (forwards) and 3-speed (reverse).
4. This heavy equipment machine is equipped with an imported multi-way valve, accumulator and other braking components.
5. Its independent cooling system is driven by a hydraulic motor.
6. This Top Class motor grader has a spacious ROPS/FOPS cab and a non-freon A/C.
High-performance Engine
Our MG1320H (CE) Top Class motor grader is powered by an imported U.S. Cummins engine QSB6.7, which is a turbocharged diesel engine that uses a water-cooling system. It is very powerful, highly efficient and reliable. It comes with a large torque backup and is economical in its fuel consumption. It has low noise and emission levels.
Transmission System with Quick Response
- This Top Class motor grader is equipped with a German 6WG200 ZF electro-hydraulic shift transmission: 6-speed in forward movement and 3-speed reverse.
- It is applicable to different working conditions.
- Its electric shift and neutral start protection device makes the shift easier and smoother.
This greatly increases the machines stability and efficiency while reducing the maintenance cost. Its service life is over 10,000 hours.
- This motor grader is economical and produces low levels of noise.
Balanced Hydraulic System
- The moldboard, front bulldozer and the rear ripper of this Top Class motor grader is controlled by two groups of multi-way valves.
- Fitted with U.S. HUSCO valves
- The oil pressure is 17.5 Mpa.
- This road grader has high efficiency and is economical during long working periods. It can reduce the friction between the oil and hose, control the oil temperature and lengthen the service life of rubber sealing items.
Side Shifted Working Implement
A side shift working implement is fixed by an electro-hydraulic controlled taper pin. It a wide range of movement and is rigid. The draw bar is of "Y" type with a solid core structure and is able to endure heavy loads.
Durable Draw Bar and moldboard
- Rigid "U" type solid framework.
- The front ripper keeps this Top Class motor grader away from interferences and facilitates accurate shoveling.
- The turning circle of this grader is fixed on the draw bar by four adjustable metal plates and is driven by a hydraulic motor and turbine reducer.
Comfortable and Safe Driving Conditions
- This Top Class motor grader has a ROPS/FOPS cab with CFC-free air-conditioning system.
- Its fully adjustable seat offers a comfortable working condition for the driver.
- Its large window provides good visibility.
- The control panel of this Top Class motor grader adopts a short joystick, which is used for convenient operation of the working implements. The joystick will not block the view of the driver.
- Our patented spring operation device can be rectified or fixed using the footplates, making it convenient.
- The switches and instruments of this maintainer are suitably designed for easy operation and protection of the motor grader driver.
- This motor grader adopts an electronically-controlled engine cover that opens backwards. It allows easy maintenance of engine and radiator systems.
