1. Its electric-hydraulic transmission is of four speed (forwards) and three speed (reverse).
2. This wheel loader has a working cycle time of 10.7s. The working hydraulic system adopts pilot control.

Outstanding Performance
1. Engine.
Shangchai C6121 diesel engine used by this wheel loader is of the same performance and reliability as the CAT3306 diesel engine.
- This engine is of a gantry type frame. It is made of high strength grey cast iron and is supported by a special steel plate.
- It has low emission levels, and produces little noise.
- It starts easily even in low temperature.
- It has good adaptability to high altitude.
- It requires little maintenance.
2. Fuel tank
- The capacity of its fuel tank is 308L, allowing the wheel loader to work with heavy loads for 10 hours non-stop.
- A fuel pipe strainer is added to ensure level-4 filtering efficiency
- It is easy to maintain
3. Strong heat dissipation system
The heat dissipation system of this wheel loader has three big air inlets. It has a large heat dissipation area. Proper sealing prevents the back flow of the hot air.
4. Transmission - twin turbine torque converter
- CG twin turbine torque converter has a compact structure, is reliable and efficient in power allocation.
- Optimized velocity ratio facilitates excellent transmission performance
- The key components are imported from famous companies to improve system reliability.
-The pump joint face uses an imported seal carrier sheet.
5. Electro-hydraulic control gear-box
- It is easy and convenient to control with KD key function.
- It is of a split casing and easy maintenance, small circumference, small deflection, and good rigidity.
- It adopts a torque converter of CAT technology with high efficiency.
6. Hydro cylinder. The hydro cylinder of this wheel loader is standardized for higher performance. It has strong interchangeability and is leak-proof.
7. Automatic leveling device.
- The wide-tile type automatic leveling device of our wheel loader carries out both automatic leveling and manual leveling. It also provides protection to the piston rod.
8. Brake system
Eight calipers are installed at the four wheels, which widens the stressed area, protects the brake and greatly enhances the brake efficiency.
9. Unique front axle brake shield
- It can effectively prevent the intrusion of mud and sands and prolong the service life of the brake.
- It also provides protection to the braking pipeline and thus reducing the maintenance costs of the wheel loader.

Firm and Durable Frame
1. Low gravity center
- The center of gravity of this heavy equipment machine is reasonably positioned to prevent overload of the front axle and the front transmission shaft. This extends the service life of the components.
- The low center of gravity increases the adhesive force of the wheels and the cut-in force of the bucket.
2. High strength frame
The box type frame of this wheel loader is enhanced by strengthening pillars and strengthening plates. It better distributes the stress and prolongs the service life of the frame.
3. Strengthened bucket
- High strength inner ribs are added in the bucket
- Thickened and optimized main blade, upside blade, downside blade and side blade, for increased bucket durability.
- Strengthened teeth
- Round steel is welded to the front to protect the bucket and extend the service life of the whole wheel loader.
4. Hinge joints
- The distance between the upper hinge joint and the lower hinge joint is increased to reduce the stress on the joint during operation. It offers easy direction change.
- It adopts two pairs of durable tapered roller bearings to ensure the stability of the wheel loader.

Convenient and Simple Maintenance
1. Engine cover is electronically controlled and opens backwards.
- This engine cover enables the user to maintain the engine, radiator and other components easily.
- The electronic control, it is easy to operate.
2. Installment boxes
- The hydraulic components are placed in the right installment box for convenient maintenance and dust prevention.
- Oil-gas booster and air storage are placed in the left box.
