Outstanding Performance
1. The hinge joint is located in the center of the wheelbase. The wheel loader has a minimum turning radius. The dumping load is more than 19 tons.
2. Cummins QSM11 engine
- Cummins QSM11 engine meets European Emission Stage III/EPA Tier III standards.
- It is powerful, supercharged, electronically controlled and has air to air intercooling.
- The power is 250kW/2100.
- The maximum torque is 1674N.m/1400r.
- The lowest start temperature is -12℃.
3. This Top Class wheel loader is equipped with an imported ZF automatic transmission from Germany. It provides easy operation and high working efficiency.
4. Drive axle
- Wet brake: in an enclosed structure, with the brake piece immersed in the oil. Wet brake works undisturbed by the external conditions. It produces no sparks and therefore has wider
applications. The stopcock is repositioned by a spring to avoid getting stuck.
- Limited Slip Differential: allows some difference in angular velocity of the output shafts, but imposes a mechanical bound on the disparity. It improves the overall driving force and enhances the dynamic performance of our CG990H (CE) Top Class wheel loader.
- Positive cooling front and rear axles. When the oil temperature of the axle reaches 70℃, the cooling system starts to work.

1. CG990H (CE) Top Class wheel loader has a large, comfortable ROPS, FOPS cab, which is equipped with useful accessories.
- The angle of the steering wheel is adjustable.
- The seat and operation devices can be adjusted at any direction.

Simple Maintenance
1. Engine cover
The engine cover is electronically controlled and opens backwards. This facilitates easy maintenance.
2. Radiator
The radiator could be opened for daily maintenance of its core. This will help maintain the heat dissipation efficiency of the radiator and the overall performance of the wheel loader.
