From 25th of July to 27th of September, 2010, two CG representatives stayed in Algeria, for the purpose of a better understanding of Algeria market demand and a larger share of the oversea market. Our staff visited the end user of this country, and exchanged opinions regarding market development project with our agent.
During the period of 27th of July to 11th of August, our staffs came to Algiers and Djelfa, to visit the end user and sub-dealer in west Algeria. From 29th of August to 10th of September, the other group reached Algiers and Mostaganem to visit our end user and sub-dealer in the middle and south Algeria.
During this short visit, our representative discussed several issues with our agent, including: improvement on CG Loaders and Motor graders, new product (backhoes with side shift) entry to the market, improving market promotion and risk management of dealers. We also held training for our sub-dealers for promotion skills, product feature and maintenance skills. Also, we reached an agreement with our agent for the sales plan in fourth quarter.
