On 23th and 24^th of May, 2010, a training session was held at the training department of Greaves Cotton Ltd, India, by CG. This is a second training, which focus on CG’s popular model 932H, after the engineers of Indian dealer being trained systematically at CG’s manufacturing base. Over 30 participants, including management, sales and service personnel, have joined this event.

In this two-day training session, Mr. Zhang, CG’s senior engineer, addressed issues including the maintenance, service and standards of CG932H in detail. He also explains those frequently asked questions that would be encountered by the maintenance personnel in practice. Participants said that after the session, they became more familiar with CG932H, and questions and errors arising from the daily maintenance process had been solved. They think that this session is very helpful to their maintenance and service job in future, and also felt more confident of expanding CG brand and upgrading its influence in India’s market.
